Merchandise
- all merchandise are okay
- financial statements for merchandise done
- surplus to be sold during clearance sale by February
- minor problems: color, neckline, etc.
- downpayment is important as safety net
- receipt must be given
- all transactions to be handled by Councilor Carbonell
Salimbay
- Noreen has expressed her intent to leave Salimbay
- concern: how to engage the students to join
- tap the first and second year students
- suggestion: council to release an issue
- Salimbay must be formed because next year is the institutes 40th
- every council member to contribute to the newsletter
- suggestion: to release something similar with the USCs
- Batch Rep Rayos to collate the articles
AIT Chorale
- won in last years Karolfest
- problem: no more guy members, pianist, and conductor
- try to recruit new members
Bank Turnover
- still no bank turnover

- suggestion: withdraw all the amount left then open new account
- suggestion for the next council: do the turnover right after elections
Layag
- photoshoot okay except for hair and makeup that needs extra payment
- problem: hard to set schedule with Zone 5
Banyuhay
- no members for Banyuhay
- Banyuhay head: Cheska de Luna
AIT Volunteer Corps
- volunteers cannot be coerced to work
- BSS and SpoFi members performing well
- only one active member from WAM
- problem: some VolCorps members are inactive
- have a mixer/party with them
- dedicate a week for recruitment
Diliman Games
- meeting tomorrow
Bulletin Boards
- to be done by the end of January
AIT CORe
- best org criteria was based on the criteria of Natatanging Organisayon sa Diliman
Pubmats
- follow brand manual (USC)
- template changed, thats the final one
- brand manual for AITSC
- not everyone shares the pubmat
General Registration
- the number system works
- do not honor student-initiated lists in the next registration seasons
- many advisers for this semesters registration
- had a problem with stamped envelopes
- the OIS should coordinate with the council
Grievance Form
- repost grievance form in the batch Facebook groups
CR/Water
- clean the dispenser
- STAG to donate water
- some dippers and pails are missing
- council members to check the CR materials everytime they use the bathroom
Retail/Kiosk
- put a lock/chain on the cabinet
- stick the notebook and pens to the cabinet door

Freshie Welcome Assembly


- reserve the room early
- blockhandling: let the students rotate through all the orgs
Batch GAs
- all batch GAs done last semester
- double effort for the batch reps
Org/CORe Week
- issue with UPTS resolved

Yolanda Week
- exhibit, candle lighting, ED
- candle lighting was okay, organizations gave a short speech each

- found a hard time inviting students
- week-long schedule is okay
- VolCorps assigned helped out
Christmas Party
- few attendees but it was okay
- suggestion: either halloween party or new year party
Printer
- no budget
- bulk of BSS funds went to the drinking water expenses

Lantern Parade
- failed to update the council regarding the progress
- many students participated during the event
- suggestion: dont get shirt design from external source or those who already won
cannot join anymore to give a chance to the others

Food Concessionaires
- it was okay because concessionaires were saying yes
- suggestion: try inside but there must be an event for concessionaires to be allowed

- no reply yet regarding chairs
- concessionaires havent reconciled which one of them should provide the tables and
chairs
General Assessment
AIT Rep Bactol: Ang daming project na na-delay or na-postpone. (Because of bad
weather and sudden class suspensions.)
Chair Calderon: Medyo fault ng admin kasi minsan pinayagan na tapos biglang hindi
pala. (Suggestion: Follow-up so that events are finalized.)
AIT Rep Bactol: Dialogue with Sir dela Santa after calendaring.
Councilor Carbonell: Kung meron pa kayong kilalang conce, pahingi ng contact.
Vice Chair Muoz: Nahirapan tayo maghatak ng tao.
Chair Calderon: Ang nakikita kong problema hindi kaya ng pubmat lang, walang
nangungulit.
AIT Rep Bactol: Baka pwedeng more RTRs?
Vice Chair Muoz: Sana sikapin nating mag-rooms.
Chair Calderon: Sana ayusin natin nang mas maaga.
Councilor Balagot: Baka pwedeng i-push yung batch bonding?
Chair Calderon: Yung sharing sa Facebook within 24 hours dapat ma-share.
Councilor Balagot: P5/pubmat na hindi mashe-share.
Chair Calderon: Si Yani magche-check.
Batch Rep Iwarat: Yung SC Room, please.
AIT Rep Bactol: Every after event maglinis.
