PCI Level 2 meets ASTM International standard D3276 Standard Guide doe Painting Inspectors and has been
approved by Lloyds Register, RINA and the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), the worlds largest commercial
shipping classification societies, as equivalent to NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 and FROSIO Inspector Level III in
accordance with the IMO Performance Standard for Protective Coatings and IACS CSR. Read the full news release

Attached are three forms that you must fill out and e-mail back to Sara Badami <[email protected]>
1.Training Registration Form - All students must fill out this form.
2.Work Experience Form - Only the students doing the certification exams on the 6th day should fill this form out.
3.Training History / Photo Form - Only students doing the certification exams on the 6th day should fill this form out.
Please type all of your information on the forms. Please do not hand write it, as it may be hard to read your handwriting.
Below are some details on the PCI Exams:
The course provides participants five days of intensive training.
The PCI Course Exams consist of two parts:
1. Multiple Choice / Fill in the Blank Exam
2. Practical Exam (using inspection instruments)
If you do not meet the pre reqs then your training end on the fifth day after the exams
If you do meet the pre reqs and pass the course exam listed above, you will stay and take another set of exams on the
sixth day to become fully certified.
The PCI Certification Exams consist of three parts:
1. Multiple Choice / Fill in the Blank Exam
2. Practical Exam (Using inspection instruments)
3. Written Inspection Plan Exam
