engineering, fabrication and manufacturing of wide range of custom built LT
power & control equipments. The entire product range of T Power Control Centre,
Motor Control Centre, Distribution Boards, Bus Ducts, Control & Relay Panels, PLC
based Panels , Mimic Panels, Control Desk, Local Control Panels, Local Push Button
Stations and Junction Boxes etc . are entirely devoted to the production of
equipment built to individual customer's requirements.
RYB has excelled in the field of automation and PLC based panels, with the
association of system integrators of Siemens, Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc etc.
Responsiblities__________________________________________________________________
Designation- Design and production engineer( FEBURAY , 2013)

Have knowledge of order execution of switchgear product i.e PCC,MCC,control panel,

knowledge of AutoCAD and preparation of schematic digram.
To understand the customer requirement(technical specification) & convert it into
drawing & schemes. After approval of drawings & schemes, release the same to
production, planning departments
To coordinate with Production staffs to complete the work. To maintain procedures of
electrical works.
To Solve the Daily Running Production Problems and Improve in Running Production &
Reduce the Rejection Rate on line.
Works in assembly and wiring floor , good knowledge and panel shall bemakes under
the precaution of drawing .
Making of reports required by Management .
Responsible for production control of the incoming raw material .
Record updating in the production deptt.
Control inspection & testing as per quality plans / drawing & documented procedures.
Identification of all measuring & testing equipment.
Responsible for inspection & testing at each stage of fabrication, painting & assembly
of Panel Boards .
Delivering excellent service to clients by keeping projects on time.
