On Wednesday July 8 at 7 pm all Sunday school parents are invited to attend a short meeting/discussion.
We want your input and ideas. RSVP Barbara Clark at 669-2384.
There will is new music replacing the Kyrie. Come early to get to know it!
Committee Heads: A new Rota is coming out soon. Please turn your personnel lists in to Dianne Kelley.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
As requested, Prayer Request Cards may now be found on hooks in the pews, as well as on the table at the
back of the nave.
ALTAR FLOWERS:
Have a special event, birthday, anniversary or graduation you wish to mark? The May-July Altar Flower
sign-up sheet is located on the table in the Narthex.
ECW Updates
The ECW met June 7 after the 10 AM service. Key updates from the meeting:
1. A new ECW bulletin board located downstairs is now ready for use. Please review for organizational
news and sign-up opportunities.
2. The group decided to add a Neighborhood Summer Sale to its activities August 22 in the church
parking lot. It will be a venue for people wanting to sell new, used and antique items. A table fee will
be charged. More information to follow soon.
3. A Christmas fair update was given by Barbara Clark. Next fair meeting is 6/11. Please contact
Barbara if you wish to be on the committee.

4. A sign-up is now available on the ECW bulletin board if people want to bring something in for the
after service pop up sales that will be taking place this summer to support the cost of the Christmas
fair.
5. The TV and accessories will be purchased by the end of this month.
6. Our next meeting will be 7/19 after the 10 AM service and topics will include a bylaw review, a
Christmas fair update and planning for the October animal blessing service.
Coffee Hour Sign Up
A Coffee Hour sign-up sheet is now available on the ECW bulletin board for June December services.
Anyone is welcome to host or co-host a coffee hour. Please sign up if you are interested and ask Tracy,
Leslie or Muffet for more information if needed.
Parish Picnic Planning
Please plan to join in the fun at this years parish picnic to be held at the Harbor Park after the 10 AM
service June 28.
A sign-up sheet to bring something to the parish picnic is now posted on the ECW bulletin board.
Gentle reminder: Should you care to support the Coffee Hour ministry, there is a basket for donations on the
table in the Fellowship Hall.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
The Emmaus Shelter has asked that we remind our parishioners that they are looking for volunteers in many
areas (transportation, maintenance, babysitting, special events, etc.) Please contact Dawn at 667-3962 or
email [email protected].
