Life Saving
This course is only for strong swimmers! If you like being in
the water in the sunny weather, its important to know how to
be safe. We teach you some basic skills for your own safety

marine life, which are in the seas around Great Britain. Using
your mask and snorkel, we show you different types of
seaweed and the wide variety of animals that live under them.
