Insurance claims for all accidents and/or stolen vehicles must be reported to the
Insurance Center at (800) 653-4269, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m. ET.

PAYOFF INFORMATION
Step 1. Obtain updated payoff quote and payoff document

Electronic payment: Log in to My BMW at www.bmwusa.com/mybmw to schedule an

ACH or debit card payment. Credit cards are not accepted for regular monthly payments.

Log in to My BMW at www.bmwusa.com/mybmw OR

Pay by phone: call our automated telephone service at (800) 578-5000 and after
authenticating, simply say make a payment and follow the prompts.

Speak to a Customer Service representative during normal business hours.

All electronic payments are credited to your account on the date processed; however,
allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be withdrawn from your bank. Payments are
processed in Eastern Time.

Step 2. Determine what type of funds are required to meet your Title/Lien Release
expectations:
Expedited Title Release Use certified funds, which can be obtained from a
bank, such as certified checks or money orders. If your account is eligible, you
may choose to include a fee in the payoff for overnight delivery of your Title/Lien
Release once your payoff is processed. Your Title/Lien Release will be sent to
your current billing address within 5 business days upon receipt of your funds.

Mail a payment: Please remit all payments to BMW Financial Services with the
remittance coupon from this statement to the following payment address:

Standard Release - Use a personal check if you do not need your

Title/Lien Release expedited. If your account is eligible, you may choose to
include a fee in the payoff for overnight delivery of your Title/Lien Release once
your payoff is processed. Your Title/Lien Release will be sent to your current
billing address within 15 business days upon receipt of your funds, depending
on state law.

NOTICES
Except where prohibited by law this Account Statement is an attempt to collect a debt
and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
NOTICE TO CONSUMER ABOUT NEGATIVE CREDIT REPORTING
Federal law requires us to advise you that we may report information about your
account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your
account may be reflected in your credit report. As required by law, you are hereby
notified that a negative credit report reflecting on your credit records may be submitted
to a credit reporting agency if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit obligations.
Notice of dispute of accurate information: If you believe we reported incorrect or
incomplete information about you to a credit bureau, write to us at BMW Financial
Services, P.O. Box 3608, Dublin, OH 43016-0306. Identify the information and tell us
why you believe it is incorrect or incomplete.
Autodialed and prerecorded calls: We use automatic telephone dialing systems and
prerecorded/artificial voice messages to communicate to our customers. By providing your
contact information, you agree to be contacted regarding your account via text message
or telephone, including the use of prerecorded or autodialed calls. Standard mobile,
message, or data rates may apply.

Step 3. Prepare your payoff, choose a mailing location, and read some important
disclosures: Make your funds payable to Financial Services Remarketing,
Inc. (FSRI). Include your 10 digit BMW Financial Services account number on
your payment. Include your payoff document if you want your title sent to another
address other than the current billing address.

If the overnight carrier requests a telephone number for the addresses, please provide the telephone number
for BMW Financial Services, (800) 578-5000. Your payoff amount may include items that have not yet cleared
your bank. The payoff amount is subject to increase based on the return of any such items. If your Title is
electronic, the process to release will vary based upon your States requirements; however, our lien will
electronically be released within the same time frames depending on the type of funds received. BMW
Financial Services does not accept electronic transfers or credit cards for payoffs. All funds are credited the
day they are received and can take 1-2 business days to be reflected on your account. Do not include an
overnight return envelope.

notification email approximately 20 days prior to your due date to access your Account
Statement online.
