PIP PARTICIPATING LENDERS By County September 2015

*Homeowners in the counties of Macomb, Oakland and Wayne can apply directly with First Independence Bank in Detroit for a property improvement loan.
First Independence Bank is the only lender representing these counties and accepts loan applications up to $7500 with no lien placed. Since all Landlord
loans require liens, no Landlord applications are accepted within these counties. If the applicant is located more than 45 miles from Detroit, applications can
be accepted by email but the borrower must travel to Detroit for the loan closing. Counties of Clinton, Eaton, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackson, Lenawee,
Livingston, Mason, Monroe, Oceana, St. Joseph and Washtenaw currently have no Lenders offering the PIP Program. MSHDA continues to search for Title I
Lenders who desire to partner with MSHDA to offer home improvement loans and are located within any of these counties. All other counties are
represented by a Participating Lender listed below:
