WATER PROOFING WORK
500.00 Sqm Water Pruffing in Toilets
Providing and laying int moment ment based water proofing treatment includin g
preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc
consisting of following operations

Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water
proofing compound conforming to IS.2645 and approved by EIC / Architect over the
RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface
before treatment.
Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with
50% of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement:5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing
compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by EIC I Architect over 20 mm thick
layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement 5 coarse sand) admixed with water
proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by EIC / Architect to required
slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding
of junctions of walls and slabs.
After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75
kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and
approved by EIC / Architect.

Finishing the surface 20 mm thick with jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 Cement:
4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and
approved by EIC I Architect including laying glass fiber cloth of aproved quality in top
layer of plaster and finally finished the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and
making pattern of 300x300 mm deep.
The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for curring and for final test.
Alt above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the EIC

1000.00 Sqm Chemical Water Pruffing
Providing and laying chemical water proofing treatment in sunken and vertical portions
of WCs, bathroom and krtchen sunken area etc by applying cement slurry mixed with
water proofing cement compound consisting of applying.
First layer of slurry of cement @ 0 488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement 3)
compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer wilt be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.
Second Layer of Slurry of Cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement
compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed
with water curing for 48 hours.

Flooring And Skirting
4000.00 Sqm providing and laying mirror polished machine cut. granite floring, skirting in required
design and patters, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete
as per the architectual drawings with 16- 18mm thick stone over 20 mm (average) thick
base cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement
slurry @ 4.40 kg per Sqmt with pigment of matching shade including rubbing and mirror
polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the EIC/ Architect. No extra
payment will be made towards wastage due to pattern and design. Payment shall be
made on finished floor area only. Rate shall be applicable to all levels & heights with
Protecting the finished floor area with necessary protective sheet plastic sheet and
removing & cleaning the same before handing over the site. No extra payment shall be
paid towards additional thickness of bedding to match adjoining floors. JET BLACK
GRANITE
P/F Vitrified Floor tiles and Skirting wherever required in design and patterns with water
absorption less than .08% and confirming to IS: 15622 in required design and patterns
as per drawing in flooring over 20mm thick cement motar 1:4 bedding floated with neat
cemnt slurry, filling joints with matching cloour pigment mixed with white cement laid to
perfect line, level & Patterns. extra payment will be made towards wastage due to
pattern and design. Payment shall be made on finished floor area only. Rate shall be
applicable to all levels & heights with Protecting the finished floor area with necessary
protective sheet plastic sheet and removing & cleaning the same before handing over
the site. No extra payment shall be paid towards additional thickness of bedding to

10000.00 Sqm Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick Clear Toughened Glass Door of AIS/SAINT
GOBIN Make by using various glass patch fittings to be fixed with necessary fittings,
duly finished without giving any load on the false ceiling by using necessary hardware
to complete the job in all respects. Rate includes cost of glass door with approved
hardware such as patch fitting, lock, handles, floor spring etc. of approved make. The
contractor is advised to obtain approval for fixing details of the doors from EIC /
Architect before execution of work.

including all moulding, rebating, jointing, hold fasts of MS flats of minimum size 20 x 3

Framework: GI channel framework in 24 to 26 guage. The perimeter channel will be GI
channel having one flange of 20mm and the other 30mm and web 27mm along the
perimeter of the ceiling. It shall be screw fixed to brick wall I partition with the help of
rawl plug of dimension 38mmx12mm dia fixed into the soffit at 610mm centres. The
intermediate channels of size 45mmx0.9mm thick with flanges of size 15mm each shall
be suspended from ceiling using angle of size 25mmx10mmx0.55mm spaced not more

150.00 Sqm Painting Acrylic emulsion paint (Royale Luxury Emulsion) of approved colour on Wall,
ceiling surfaces with Birla Wall putty of 2 mm thickness and a coat of primer as per
manufacturer's specification and finally painting with Two or more coats Acrylic plastic
emulsion paint to give an even shade. The First coat shall be brush applied and the
final coat shall be Roller finish. The rate shall include surface preparation and
scaffolding etc.
