Frank M. Gaster, Appellant Pro Se. Mark Wilson Buyck, Jr., L. Hunter
Limbaugh, Willcox, McLeod, Buyck, Baker & Williams, P.A., Florence,
SC, Mary Robin Morris, McCutcheon, McCutcheon & Baxter, P.A.,
Conway, SC, for Appellees.
Before RUSSELL and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN,
Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals the district court's orders dismissing his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983
(1988) complaint. Appellant's case was referred to a magistrate judge pursuant
to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 636(b)(1)(B) (1988). With respect to four Defendants, the
magistrate judge recommended that relief be denied and advised Appellant that
Regarding the district's second order denying relief with respect to the
remaining Defendants, our review of the record and the district court's opinion
accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal
is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm that order on the reasoning of the
district court. Gaster v. Parrott, No. CA-91-1431-3-20-A (D.S.C. Aug. 2, 1994).
We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not
aid the decisional process.
