On 10-09-16 at 15:10 hours security for Dillards advised that a white female
(suspect) entered the mens Polo section of the store. They advised that the suspect
picked up 4 mens Polo t-shirts and walked straight out the west door to the store
without paying. There is video surveillance of the suspect walking out of the store
carrying the t-shirts. The female at that time was not stopped or identified.
I was working off duty at Dillard`s on 10-13-16 when an employee in the mens
Polo section advised that the female who had stolen 4 Polo shirts on 10-09-16 was
back in the mens Polo section of the store. At that time security for Dillards Started
watching her; reference case# 16-22937.

stated that she had her vehicle parked in the driveway with the window cracked
while she ran inside for about 30 minutes. She had a CVS bag with a bottle of 60
Xanax and "shots" of another medication. VI states that an unknown person
entered her vehicle, opened the CVS bag, emptied the bottle of Xanax, and left the
"shots" and empty pill bottle. No suspects

Officers were dispatched to Hwy 41 and Washington Ave on a subject that was
asleep in his car. When we arrived AMR and EFD were already on scene. Driver
was sitting in his vehicle when officer Evans approached. Officer Evans had the
driver of the vehicle step out from the vehicle and did a pat down search on him
for weapons. When officer Evans was doing the pat down search he felt in
driver/suspects front left pocket what he believed to be narcotics.

I, Officer J. Smith, received a call in Records from the victim who stated his debit
card had been processed at an ATM without his approval. The victim stated he
still has his debit card and has no idea how anyone got his information to
withdrawal money from his account. The victim stated he was looking at his
online banking and noticed $370 dollars was taken out of his account from an
ATM at 5727 Vogel Rd. The victim stated he had not been to that bank. The
victim stated he did contact his bank and canceled everything so no further
transactions could be completed. The victim was given a case number.

driving down the street when she saw a male, a female (Shana, wf approx. 28-30
yo) and a 2yo boy walking down the street. VI stated the male shoved the female
and the boy began to cry. VI stated she stopped and picked up the Shana and the
little boy. VI advised she had to pick up her children, so they drove to her parents
house. Everyone went inside the residence. While inside, VI stated she was
changing her child`s diaper in the other room and left her purse unattended. Shana
called for someone to pick her up at the residence. VI stated a blue PT Cruiser
pulled up, then Shana and the little boy got in the vehicle and left. VI stated she
then noticed her medications and money were gone. VI advised that everything
had been in a makeup bag inside her purse.

Officers responded to a call that the entire bar was fighting at Break Time Bar on S
Barker. When Officers arrived there were altercations taking place inside and
outside. The victim who is also the owner stated the suspect was drunk so she told
him to leave. She said he then hit her multiple times in the face. The right side of
her face was swollen but she refused medical treatment.
The witnesses and several other individuals all stated the suspect was involved in
an altercation with another male. The suspect was on the ground inside and his
friends got him up to leave. As they were walking him out the door the "victim"
ran up to him and started hitting him in the face. He was intoxicated and started
swinging back. The fight carried over into the lot and from that point on the entire
bar erupted into a brawl. After Officers arrived the bar was shut down and
everyone was made to leave. No arrest were made as there were conflicting
reports as to what happened and who started the altercation.

I was dispatched to the above address in reference to video of a break in that had
occurred during the night. The reporter, Raber, stated he responded to an alarm at
0140 hrs. Raber stated he checked the doors with Officers that responded to the
alarm. Nothing was found out of place at the time. Raber stated he was reviewing
security video from the time of the alarm and saw that a person had been inside the
building during the night. Raber stated the person had a mask and could not see
their face. Raber states the camera is an infrared camera and the clothing
appears either all dark or possibly a white hoodie. Raber stated only $4 in change
has been discovered missing. The video of the person inside the building was
submitted to crime scene.

and run accident. Upon arrival, the victim stated the suspect vehicle switched lanes
without warning and collided with her vehicle causing damage to the driver`s side.

information.

met the suspect for the first time. The victim stated he knew the suspect for about
an hour prior to his vehicle coming up missing. The victim stated he believes his
key either fell off the key ring or the suspect took the key off the key ring. The
victim stated he made contact with the suspect to see if she had his vehicle and she
told him she was going to bring it back. The victim stated he wait a couple days
and his vehicle was still missing and could not make contact with the suspect. The
victim stated he has no clue where his vehicle is.

lot. She showed us the vehicle and we were able to locate the owner. He was

RP, who works loss prevention, stated that he observed the male offender make a
fraudulent return. Reporter stated the female offender selected items in the store that
were on the receipt and the male then took the items and returned them for money.
Rp was unsure on the amount that the male received back in cash. Reporter stated
he then observed the female offender select a purse and walk past all points of
purchase without rendering payment for the selected item and exit the store.
Female took off running on foot and went through the back security doors of
PetSmart. Both offenders were not on scene when officers arrived. Reporter stated
he was able to recover the purse from the female offender.

report. Before arriving Officers located the stolen vehicle parked, unoccupied, at
Sams Food Market at Washington and Kentucky Ave. Officers called for Crime
Scene Detective Luecke to assist in processing the vehicle. The owner was also
notified to come retrieve her vehicle. The victim arrived and stated that she last
saw her vehicle around 1400 hours. She did say that the vehicle was unlocked at
that time. The victim was unsure how someone started her vehicle without her
key. The victim was advised of the report being taken for the initial stolen vehicle
report.

An officer spoke with the victim who stated he was at the listed location when
he left his wallet in the bathroom. The victim stated he left the store and realized
he did not have his wallet. The victim stated he called the store and the clerk
checked the bathroom for the victim. The clerk advised she did not locate the
wallet. The victim stated he left his name and telephone number for the clerk to
call if they located his wallet. The victim stated the clerk called him moments later
stating she found the wallet on the other side of the store. The victim stated he
went back to the gas station to retrieve his found wallet. The victim stated he
asked the clerk again where she found it and the clerk was very nervous. The
victim stated the answer the clerk gave this time did not seem to match with the
answer she gave the first time. The victim stated he told the clerk that he was
going to call police out to check their video for a possible suspect. The victim
stated the clerk told him, very nervously, that she would just give him his money
back because its store policy. The victim stated the clerk was shaking very badly
and could barely get money from the cash register. The victim stated he did not
believe this was a true policy of the gas station. The victim stated he did get the
money back that was used from both of his credit cards but wanted to file charges
still because he believed that the clerk was the one who used his card without his
permission. The victim stated the transactions from both cards, totaling four
transactions, were all done within a matter of minutes at the gas station.

home. The victim stated he last saw his tool box on the bed of his truck over the
weekend. The victim stated he noticed his tool box was missing, along with all the
tools that was in it. The victim stated he had an air tank that was in the bed of his
truck missing also. The victim stated there was not damage to his vehicle but his
entire tool box was missing. No suspect information at this time.

phone.
