Trouble Shooting Wincatt
Under test and config screen if torque output and turns output display
NAN
Solution: Step 1. Restart computer start wincatt again going in to Test and Config
Zero the torque and zero the Turns.

Under Test and Config Screen if the dump Valve button stays Open
Solution: Step 1. Replace the PCMCIA Dac Card. The Dac Card is damaged.
Replace the PCMCIA cable.
Solution: Step 1. Check dump valve cable. Replace if the cable is damaged.
Step 2. Check the 24 Solenoid. Replace if the Solenoid is damaged
Step 3. Check the 1 Amp fuse. Replace if its damaged.
Step 4. Check the Dump valve Cartridge. Replace if its damaged.
Step 5. Check the C/T cable replace if its damaged.

If Wincatt torque reading is less torque than what the tong is actually
putting out. Or Wincatt is not reading torque at all (Hydraulic load cell)
Solution: Step 1. Check the load cell connection to the remote box.
Step 2. Check and make sure right load cell is selected in Wincatt. Make sure
The load Cell is calibrated correctly in the Wincatt system.
Step 3. If using hydraulic load cell make sure the load cell is fully
Pumped up.
Step 4. Make sure the right Tong arm length and the right load cell has
Been selected.
Step 5 Check C/T cable. Replace if its damaged.
If Wincatt are reading less torque than what the tong is actually putting
out. Or Wincatt not reading torque (Electronic load cell)
Solution: Step 1: Check the load cell cable. Replace if its damaged.
Step 2: Check The load cell. Replace and try it with a different load cell.
Step 3: Check the C/T cable. Replace if its damaged.
Step 4: Check the 1/16 amp fuse in the Remote junction box.
Step 5: Change and replace the junction the amplifier might be damaged.
Step 6: Again make sure the Tong Arm length is correct in the Wincatt setting.
Make sure the correct load cell calibration is used.
