This document describes how e-KYC (electronic know your customer) verification works for editing Bhamashah family details in the Bhamashah portal. E-KYC allows identity verification through Aadhaar authentication to ensure only real family members can edit details. The steps are: 1) Click edit, 2) Enter Aadhaar or family ID, 3) Agree to Aadhaar authentication, 4) Select family member, 5) Choose biometric or OTP verification, 6) For biometric, scan fingerprint, 7) For OTP, enter code sent to mobile, 8) Photo appears if verified, 9) Edit details. Functionality: e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) in Bhamashah Editing.

Overview: When someone wants to edit their bhamashah detail in bhamashah portal the biggest challenge faced is the
identity of real bhamashah family member. e-KYC is the solution for that. e-KYC is a paperless Know Your Customer
(KYC) process, wherein the Identity of the family members are verified electronically through Aadhaar Authentication.
Basic Steps: After integration of e-KYC in bhamashah editing module following are the basic steps.
1. Click on enrollment icon on menu dashboard.

2. Click on editing icon.

3. After click in editing icon following screen will appear. In this screen enter either / /
and click on button.

4. After click on button, following screen will appear which is showing aadhar based authentication consent. In this
screen user can select agree or disagree radio button.
- If user selects disagree button which means user is not agree for aadhar based authentication. In this case user cant
edit their bhamashah detail.
- If user select agree button which means user is agree for aadhar based authentication.
- Click on OK button.

5. After click on OK button a new window will appear which will show complete bhamashah family member details. In
this screen user will select the member and click on E-KYC button.

6. After click on E-KYC button a new window will appear which will show your aadhar number and two radio button one
is BIOMETRIC and another one is OTP. User can select either one of these radio button according their suitability.

7. If user selects BIOMETRIC radio button then user will has to select BIOMETRIC device. When user selects
BIOMETRIC device then a new panel is appear at right hand side which is showing latest Device driver. If driver is not
installed in your machine then install driver first. After installation of driver plug your biometric device into machine
and click on Start Capture button. After that take finger print of selected bhamashah member. If bhamashah member
finger will not matched in UID then you will get an alert which is showing finger is not matched. If bhamashah member
finger will matched in UID then member photo will be shown. After matched finger click in continue button.

8. If user selects OTP radio button, a Send OTP button will be shown. Click on Send OTP button. An OTP will send on
bhamashah members registered mobile number in UID. And a text box will be shown for enter OPT received on
mobile number. Enter OPT in One time password text box and click on Validate OTP button.

9. After click on validate OTP button, if OTP is correct then bhamashah member photo will appear otherwise an error alert
will be shown. If OTP is correct then click on continue button otherwise again enter correct OTP and click on Validate
OTP button.

10. After click on continue button you will be redirect on Editing page.
