    Dear Sir/Madam
    I wish to state that my name is Roger Morales and I am an
    educator at the Secondary level of education. It is my understanding that I have been
    named as a referee in the application of Mrs. Desrian Wilson-Paul.
    I have known Mrs. Desrian Wilson-Paul for the past (25) years as a friend and coworker. Over this period of time she has demonstrated a capacity for hard work,
    discipline and intelligence. She has served in a number of different capacities over the
    years at the Secondary level including Language Teacher, Dean of Discipline and Acting
    administrator. At the Tertiary level she is at present a lecturer at UTT. She has also
    proven by experience that she is a team player and can work harmoniously with others. I
    believe that if given the opportunity she will be an asset to the UWI in her chosen field.
