Business Analyst: Assist in compiling, tracking and measuring the key components of the overall AMCs annual

Provide necessary Sales Operation support to the Sales team on their ongoing requirements

Job Profile: Preparation of annual business plan and setting of targets for the company. Industry analysis and
tracking company performance vis-a-vis industry. Identifying new prospects for business expansion.
MIS & Business Analyst: Analysis of various MIS reports to track the performance of the company with respect
to the targets as per the business plan. Constant reviewing of the business plan and accommodating changes, if
required, and revising the business plan. Preparation of Board presentations and various corporate presentations.

MIS Analyst: Preparation and analysis of MIS reports which includes daily reports, monthly reports, regulatory
reports and reports to be submitted to the Board of Directors. Preparation and analysis of sales MIS to understand
the various trends. To present these reports to the management and various teams for assisting them to take
business decisions and for Board Presentation.
Management of back end operations related to Corporate Client Services, Operations and Compliance. Coordination with the R.T.A. for operational efficiency and timely execution of activities. Also includes management
of the following:

Resolution of Income Tax Queries.

Co-ordination with channel partners.

Co-ordination with legal and compliance department.

Leading a team for effective and timely results.

Co-ordination with the branches all over India for resolution of their queries and complaints.
Special Achievements: Brought to the notice of senior management about a misinterpretation of a SEBI
regulation, generally used by some investors which use to result in huge loss to the organization and existing
investors. Initiated and monitored an activity to avoid such instances in future and to prepare a report so as to
submit to the management. Set-up of rules and criteria for such activity which made HDFC AMC first in the
industry to restrict such investments with other AMCs following the same.
This issue was reported to SEBI and after due consideration SEBI ruled all the AMCs to restrict such transactions
and asking AMCs to compensate for the previous losses.
