§  Project Description: Field Skills Tracker (FST) tool is a web based tool that automates 
PS Practices, SE Solutions and Skills Management workflow. The tool has a common 
web interface for PS and SE users and consolidates Practices, Solutions and Skills data 
in a centralized database. PS/SE Managers can assign skills and practices to their team 
members & the data is viewable by everyone in FST. The tool offers a powerful Search 
Engine that can let users search data based on Practices, Solutions, Geo, Regions, and 
Skills. The search results can be saved in excel or PDF versions

internal user from PSTN
 •  Prepare QTP script to upload all the documents of NetApp's partner and internal 
user on SPE

user on SharePoint Server 

3)  Title: Counter Manager Performance Grapher (CMPG) 
Client: NetApp 
Domain: Performance Calculation

§  Project Description: CMPG is a Perl script that allows users to build detailed graphs of 
performance metrics from a weekly performance. The purpose of this project is to host 
the CMPG script on portal site so both internal users and partners can utilize this tool for 
uploads one or more Counter Manager Data files to server.  These files are placed in a 
work queue. A process will monitor the work queue and launch the existing CMPG Perl 
script to generate the Excel outputs. The web server will email back to user with the url 
where the output can be downloaded.

web interface for GS users and consolidates Specialization. Specialization and Skills data 
in a centralized database. GS Managers can assign skills and Specializations to their 
team members & the data is viewable by everyone in GSRM. The tool offers a powerful
