This form is for INTOs UK Centres only.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days, or 60 days for return of a Sundry Deposit, after a completed refund form and any relevant evidence has been received.
Deductions will be made according to INTOs Terms and Conditions.
To comply with UK financial regulations payments should be made to the original payer account. If you require the refund to be paid into another account,
then please attach an email/letter from the original payer to authorise this.
