    export control regulations that apply to Future Electronics business structure. As a result, we certify that we will follow all relevant export control
    laws and regulations applicable to us. We will provide export declarations if necessary and requested by Future Electronics. More information on
    EU and US export laws can be found on the links provided below.

    We further certify that the goods will not be used in relation to nuclear weapons, nuclear fuel cycles for nuclear weapons, biological weapons,
    chemical weapons; or missiles and or equipment capable of delivering such weapons. We will not transfer the goods to others if we know or
    suspect that they are intended or likely to be used in such a manner, except when authorized to do so under applicable government licensing.
