5 days in 1 week was no progress due to the 2 consecutive typhoons. During the preparation (yellow Alert) and
mining closed the Pit due to the effect after typhoons in which mining team has to operate the pumping system,
cliff face scale and the bucket truck was lend to operation for the overhead power lines workers.

engineers whilst Gen is on break.
SB Question projects Infras responsibility for the
Holcim Plant as projects is only a minor user of the
system. NG Possibility to transfer responsibility when
the new plant arrives.
