Summary of Periods Activities
Dewatering Switchroom fit out is progressing with the installation of the doors completed. Installation of
air conditioning units, lights and GPOs in progress.
Switchroom legs have been completed and ready to ship next week along with the platforms, stairs and
handrails. A 20ft container is to be delivered to Plummers next week.
The FAT for Remote Panels for the Clean Water and Settling Pond was completed on Thursday but
there is a problem with the Power Supply wiring due to the CPC drawings being incorrect again.
Plummers will try to fix the problem by early next week so that the panels can be shipped in the 20ft
container.
The Compressors MCC modules and PLC panels have been installed. The FAT of the MCC is
scheduled for Monday and will be ready for shipping by the end of next week.
Power Electronics has replaced some of the damaged panels on the VSDs but the final panels will not
arrive until early next week.
Plummers has submitted a quote for the cables, glands, lugs etc. for the Switchroom as well as
Defibrillators and Clear Tubing. This needs to be approved ASAP.
The current Plummers schedule indicates a further delay of 1 week due to the MCCs not arriving from
Perth. It was thought that the schedule could be brought back on track with additional manpower but
Plummers has since discovered that the air conditioners require a Neutral to operate but CPC have not
allowed for a Neutral to be installed. This will require modifications to the MCC which may mean that the
delay may not be able to be made up.

General
Will there be a possibility to get Geneveve a back to back. With
the recent incidents that have happened on site for the past
week, I believe it is essential to discuss about this. In a way,
works will be picking up in the dewatering bench and electrical
works in the ventilation bench. comments from SB. NG
Unlikely due to budget. May be able to utilise UG risk
engineers whilst Gen is on break.
SB Question projects Infras responsibility for the
Holcim Plant as projects is only a minor user of the
system. NG Possibility to transfer responsibility when
the new plant arrives.
