COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course covers introduction to basic programming, business applications and accounting
enterprise system. This will also cover an introduction to E-Business.

COURSE CREDIT: 3 units

TOTAL HOURS: 54 hours

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the course, the students are expected to:

1. understand that application software refers to programs designed for specific tasks;
2. enhance their computer technology, decision-making, productivity, communications, and
problem-solving skills;
3. acquaint with the proper procedures in creating designs, writing and enhancing
documents, worksheets, databases, and presentations suitable for coursework,
professional purposes, and personal use; and
4. apply and integrate several computer business applications to complete the given tasks
and projects.
