Method of Research

This study used a descriptive research method to provide an accurate description of the status of a situation. It involved describing, recording, analyzing, and interpreting the present nature of the research topic. The respondents were BS Accountancy Alumni of Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Manila who were chosen using simple random sampling to gather more unbiased data. Questionnaires were used as the research instrument to collect data in a simple way. The study used weighted mean to statistically analyze and interpret the data gathered from the respondents.

Method of Research

This study made used of descriptive research method which is designed to provide
an accurate description or picture of the status or characteristics of a situation. It involves
the description, recording, analysis and interpretation of the present nature. It is a fact
finding with adequate interpretation. It reveals conditions or relationships that exist or do
not exist; practices that prevail or do not prevail.

Population, Sample Size and Sampling Technique

The respondents of the research are the BS Accountancy Alumni of Polytechnic


University of the Philippines-Manila.Di ko alam yung population and size.

The said respondents were chosen using the Simple Random Sampling, which is
the basic and the best known probability sampling design. In this way, the researchers
can gather from different viewpoints that result to a more unbiased and accurate data.

Description of the Respondents

Di ko pa rin alam.

Research Instrument

The research instrument used in this study is the questionnaires wherein the respondents
will answer questions that make it simple to compile data. This instrument is necessity
under the descriptive method.

Depende pa sa questionnaire.

Statistical Treatment of Data

The study used one statistical instrument to analyze and interpret the data
gathered. The study used the weighted mean method to determine frequency obtained
from a particular category of the subject to the sample production.

for the interpretation of gathered data to get the weighted mean of the respondents
responses, wherein:
- weighted mean

fx - the sum of all products of f and x, f being the frequency of each weight and
x as the weight of the operation
n - total number of respondents
