Client Description:
SATISH DHAWAN SPACE CENTRE (SDSC) is one of the lead centres of Indian Space
Research Organisation and situated at Sriharikota Andhra Pradesh. It has combination of
facilities of production plant, Rocket Motor static facility, and launch complexes for variety of
Rockets, Telemetry, Telecommand, tracking, Data Acquisition and other support services. Shar
module is developed for performance of modern Radar systems for low noise amplification of
signals and to transmit power.
Responsibilities:
Provided SAP MM functional design documents for development team including full life
cycle implementation.
Assisted in post go-live documentation to aid in the continuing support of the SAP
implementation.
Work with Customer Service and Expeditors in day-to-day operations
Coordinate/collaborate with architecture teams, development teams and business
partners.
Configured purchasing structure, goods receipt, MRP, stock movements in IMG.
Created many Enhancements in order to Customer specific requirements.
Defining GAP analysis in SAP
Carrying out unit testing and integration testing with all possible business scenarios.
Planning, Guiding and co-ordination with team members and employees for Cut-over

Client Description:
The Brahmos is a short-range ramjet supersonic cruise missile that can be launched from
submarine, ships, aircraft, or land. It is a joint venture between the Russian Federation's .
Mahinostroeyenia and Indias DRDO who together formed BRAHMOS Aerospace. It has
combination of facilities of production plant, Rocket Motor static facility, and launch complexes
for variety of Rockets, Telemetry, Telecommand, tracking, and flying targets. It has several
launchers Surface Launchers, Air, Sub -marine.
Responsibilities:
Acknowledge/accept escalated tickets from level 3.

Interacting to the user to understand the problem better.
Resolving the tickets based on priority within the specified SLA.
Ensure Customer satisfaction before closing cases.
Participating in the team meeting to discuss and finalize the unresolved issues with team
Preparing End User Documentation and Training End Users.
Involved in Customization, Unit Testing and Integration Testing Responsible areas
include
Material master, Vendor master etc.
Keep all documentation up to date by team on share point site.

Client Description:
The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is an agency of the Republic of
India, responsible for the development of technology for use by the military, headquartered
in New Delhi, India. It is under the administrative control of the Ministry of
Defence, Government of India. TRMM CABS is responsible for - IFF & Overall Programme
Management, Integration & development of the data handling system, displays, and mission
computers. TRMM is developed for Transmitting and Receiving the signal in missile production.
Responsibilities:
Involved in documentation and configuring various aspects with major focus on
Pre-study, As Is process, Business Blue Print, process mapping in SAP R/3,
customizations, Data collection and Data migration.
Involved in ERP Implementation of procurement process with FI and I.M. module
integration to maintain Master records like Material Master, Vendor Master, and Info-
records.
Involved in the Configuration of MM Organizational structure of Company.
Worked on procurement cycle Purchase Requisition, RFQ, Maintenance of
Quotations, Vendor Selection, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt and Invoice Verification.
