    3. Nominations will be judged strictly on the basis of merit, regardless of nationality, religion or gender.
    4. More than one nominee may share the award.
    5. The decision of the Jury shall be final. If the Jury considers that the profile of candidates presented do not
    justify the prominence of the prize, it can decide to withhold the award for that year.
    6. The name of the awardee may be announced by October 01, 2010. The Award will be presented on the Sir
    Syed Day, October 17, 2010 in the AMU Campus.
    7. In no circumstances, a member of the Jury can be a candidate for the award.
