THINGS I WILL DO DURING IMMERSION PERIOD

During the immersion period in one company you need to act like you are
the employee in the business. You need to follow their rules and regulation
because it can show your behavior and respect not only the business but also the
manager and the visors. In immersion days where you can put your skills and
knowledge you need to adopt their culture, you need to reduce your pride and just
be friendly with your co-workers. While you are at your immersion days you need
to come in on time. Just show them your good attitude especially to the
manager/visors.

An organization only has one chance to make a good first impression with
the new hire, and the first few days will leave a lasting impression. Making new
employees feel welcome will result in high employee loyalty and retention and will
be reflected in your bottom line. Treasure your 10 days and enjoy.
