    A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG


    PANLALAWIGAN OF BOHOL TO RELEASE THE YEAR-END BONUS FOR JOB
    ORDER AND CONTRACT OF SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF BOHOL FOR YEAR 2016.

    WHEREAS, on the 31st day of January 2017, President Rodrigo R. Duterte issued
    Administrative Order No. 2 AUTHORIZING THE GRANT OF GRATUITY TO PAY JOB
    ORDER AND CONTRACT OF SERVICE WORKERS IN THE GOVERNMENT;

    WHEREAS, the Department of Budget and Management has already issued guidelines for the
    release of the above Year-End Bonus;

    WHEREAS, we are already in the middle of the year of 2017 and the said year-end bonus is still
    pending;

    WHEREAS, the undersigned do not enjoy the same privileges received by the regular
    employees, as such, to grant this year-end bonus is a big help to the undersigned;

    WHEREFORE, we, the members of the Union of Job Order and Contract of Service Employees
    of Bohol humbly submit this resolution for immediate and favorable action;

    BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that this body now assembled in


    assembly to, EARNESTLY REQUEST THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF
    BOHOL TO RELEASE THE YEAR-END BONUS FOR JOB ORDER AND CONTRACT OF
    SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF BOHOL FOR YEAR 2016;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for
    their information and appropriate action.
