The student was asked to facilitate workshops on screen time/behavioral management and the importance of play at local early years centres. For the first workshop, the student brought homemade activities like fill/dump bottles, sensory bottles, and toilet paper roll painting. Both workshops went well, as the student was able to show parents how to make inexpensive toys. Based on positive feedback, the centres plan to make sensory bottles the following week. The student learned the value of homemade activities and may extend the workshops in the future.
