Dear Parents:
This is to inform you that the dates for our Annual Pre-Primary Class Concert are as follows:
Sr. Class Dates of Concert
no.
1 Pre-Nursery A, B and C 16th Feb, 2015
2 Nursery A, B, C and D 17th Feb, 2015
3 Prep A, B, C and D 18th Feb, 2015
4
Please Note:
1. On the above dates school will remain closed for the Pre-Primary (Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Prep). There will be
regular school for stds. I-IX (8.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m).

2. We regret to state that due to a space restriction, we will be able to accommodate a limited audience only. We
have therefore restricted our sale of entry tickets to only 2 tickets per child at a nominal rate of Rs. 40/- per
ticket. In case you need extra tickets please let us know. If there are any vacant seats after the last date of sale,
we will try and accommodate you on a “first come first served basis”. Please send a note to the class teacher
with the name of the child, the number of tickets required and the money for the same.
In case you do not wish to send money with your child the tickets can be obtained from the class teacher from
7.45 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. and 1.05 p.m. to 1.20 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 2.45 p.m. from 27th January, 2015 to the
31st January, 2015.

3. Please note that on the day of the final concert, children below 7 years of age will not be allowed into the auditorium
with or without a ticket. Please do understand that this rule will be strictly enforced with NO EXCEPTIONS and this
is for the benefit of our very young performers. If you do have another little child you may bring maid , or any other
reliable escort to be with your child to play in the gym or garden, so that both parents could view the show.

4. Please ensure that you are seated by 5.45 p.m. The entrance to the auditorium will open at 5. 15 p.m and will close at
5.50 p.m. Late comers will not be allowed in during a performance.
Children who are taking part in the concert must be in school by 4.30 p.m. on the day assigned for the class . They
must assemble in the classrooms allotted to them.
5. Children will not be allowed to leave for any reason whatsoever, till the end of the show, on the final concert
day. All our teachers and children have put in a lot of effort and we would feel very hurt if anyone in the audience left
before the National Anthem. The show is expected to get over by 7.15 p.m.

6. We have arranged for our official school photographer to take photographs and shoot a video film of all our items on
the days of the concert.
You WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to take photographs as this disturbs not only the audience but our very
young performers as well. We are very particular about this and would hate to take strict action, so please
refrain from taking photographs. The photographs and the video recording will be on sale on dates which will be
notified to you in due course of time. WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SCHOOL IS NOT
GETTING ANY COMMISSION OR MAKING ANY MONEY OUT OF THIS. This is only to ensure that there
is no disturbance created and also for the smooth functioning of our program.
Thank you
Ms. J. Simoes
