THE ULTIMATE INCANTATION
by ALLEN MACKEY
(As related by an unknown dead wizard through a medium)
The still night spread across the land
May Eve under the Sign of the Ram Draw forth blood to unlock the Gates In the Name of the Messenger – Nyarlathotep!
Cold fire, witch light
Unveil to me thy blackened sight Hideous shapes, insanity Reveal yourselves unto me Living Darkness, opaque and pure Spilled blood is the lure Sacrificial immolation Frozen moment, complete isolation Spells to summon and succumb Messenger of the Ancient Ones!
Caught in a web of nightmare
Lords of the Dead Realms Dancing mindlessly Do not speak the Name– THE BLIND IDIOT GOD! Rend the entrails of Destiny Devour the deities of old Descend the Outer Spheres That I may conquer what is mine!
Life beyond death, an immortal charade
Times becomes as one when all color fades Leaving this world that was once my own!
