Title: VP oGV

Accountable to: EXPANSION, MC

Area of work: Exchange management, Quality management

Purpose: Plan, organize and execute outgoing Global Volunteer Programme in


EXPANSION.

Job responsibilities:

1. Development of oGV in EXPANSION

●  Ensure National oGV strategy implementation in EXPANSION

●  Planning of activities and initiatives to reach exchange goals in oGV 


●  Create pipeline in EXPANSION and ensure its execution 


●  Tracking of oGV applications

●  Final responsible for quality delivery and complains management 


●  Tracking of progress in goals realization 


●  Supply and Demand management 


●  Monitoring of re-integration activities 


2. Management of oGV processes 


●  Educate and coach team members on oGV processes and their delivery

●  Run offline promo activities, if needed 


●  Run Assessment center, interviews

●  Organize internal oGV raising in EXPANSION to encourage EXPANSION


members to participate in oGV 


●  Development of OPS and Exchange participant LEAD program

●  Ensure tracking and support to Exchange participant during the process 


●  Develop and execute reintegration plan for EPs

3. Development of international relations 


●  Supply and demand analysis 


●  Delivery of national country to country partnerships 


●  Development of local Entity to Entity partnership 


●  Follow up on international partnerships and complain management 


4. Quality management 


●  Ensure oGV processes in EXPANSION are running according to


International Exchange quality standards (XPP) 


●  NPS analysis and tracking

●  Complete analysis and tracking

●  Processes improvement based on NPS analysis 


●  Complaints management 


5. Legalities management 


●  Guarantee legal support for Exchange participants 



●  Knowledge and delivery of XPP and Standards to the team and to the EP 


6. Fulfill general EB member responsibilities 


●  Develop EXPANSION strategy for the term together with other Expansion
Crew members 


●  Attend to weekly Expansion Crew meetings 


●  Visit national functional meetings, summits and conferences 


●  Provide EXPANSION members with functional and general education

●  Assist in EXPANSION Meetings preparation and delivery 


●  Report to EM & EXPANSION members 


●  Lead and coach functional team 


●  Ensure synergy work with other areas
