Monitor and accept jobs through the Frontline system. Once a job was assigned, I’m responsible
for carrying out the classroom teacher's lesson plans and managing the learning environment.
Maintained established routines and procedures of the school and classroom to which I was
assigned. Encouraged, promoted, and created a positive learning experience for the students
with the utmost confidentiality for all. Provided a detailed report of the daily activities during
the teacher's absence. Followed all district and school policies set forth. Completed additional

Supported one-on-one autistic child for first 4 years at Sagebrush. Guided student through
difficult changes, how to be organized, and helped manage work to completion. Instructed 4th
and 5th grade special educational students who had a wide range of disabilities. Tracked
behavioral issues with on/off task count sheets. Directed Flooding Reading groups and
administered benchmarks when necessary. Implemented Leveled Literacy Intervention with
students for afterschool program. Administered and monitored students during PAWS testing,
MAP testing, and Aimsweb Assessments. Organized necessary documents for Special Education
teacher and in the Special Education files. Various school duties such as recess duty and lunch
room coverage. Three years supporting summer school at Highland Elementary, Meadowlark
