In consideration of receiving payment from the time deposit and investment proceeds, Rosalie agrees to absolve BDO and BDO Capital from any current or future claims related to the accounts. 3. Rosalie also agrees to indemnify BDO and BDO Capital for any losses or damages incurred if a third party establishes a superior claim to the accounts.

    successors, assigns now have or in the future claim to have against BDO and BCIC arising
    from, incidental to or in connection with the Investment.

    and BCIC for any loss or damages which it may sustain in the event that any third person/s
