1) Open the front cabinet. Slide the lock to release, and remove
the waste toner box.
2) Turn the drum cover securing locks (2) to release, and then
raise the drum positioning cover.

When pouring the developer into the unit, use care to not get
developer in to the drive section.
1) With the front cabinet open, connect the power plug to the
power outlet.
2) Turn ON the main power switch of the machine and the power
switch on the operation panel.
3) Enter the SIM25-2 mode.

5) Return the LSU cleaning rod to the front cabinet so that the felt
faces upward. Fit the boss, and fix it with three pawls.

The paper types that can be selected vary by paper
tray.
Size Select the paper size from the list. The paper sizes
that can be selected vary by tray. The sizes that
can be selected may also be restricted by the paper
type selected above.
If the desired size does not appear in the list, select
[Custom Size] and directly enter the size (only for
the bypass tray).
Feeding Approved Select the modes that can be used. If there is a
Job function that you do not wish to be used with the
selected tray, disable the function. When the "Type"
is other than plain paper, recycled paper, colored
paper, or a user type, [Fax] and [Internet Fax]
cannot be selected.

a. When the shift is in the front side
To adjust the print line in the direction A from the paper center as
shown in the figure:
1) Loosen two fixing screws (red screws) of the front/rear size
guide adjustment plate, and move the size guide adjustment
plate in the direction A (R side) by the shift amount, and tighten
the red fixing screws (2 for each). Move the auxiliary guide in
the direction A by the same size.
F side
Slightly push the tray, restore the stopper to the original posi-
tion, and fix the fixing screw.
Check to insure that the stopper pawl is engaged with the stop-
per reception of the large capacity tray.

Installation of the punch unit must be performed with the inner fin- 2
isher installed to the machine. If the punch unit is installed without
the inner finisher installed to the machine, when the inner finisher is
installed, the slide rail of the inner finisher may hit the punch unit 3
connector, damaging the connector.

To use the remote operation panel function, the password for the
remote operation panel function must be entered on the password
input menu displayed on the VNC boot screen. Note that, therefore,
the password must be set in advance to use the remote operation
panel function.
