This center tap Schottky rectifier series has been optimized
TJ max. 175 °C
for low reverse leakage at high temperature. The proprietary
Diode variation Common cathode barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175 °C
EAS 6.75 mJ junction temperature. Typical applications are in switching
power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and
reverse battery protection.
