GUIDELINES ON SCORING AND PLACEMENT

1. Count the number of correct answers from the


first three sections of the test—Grammar, Everyday
English, and Vocabulary. Record this number on the
student’s Answer Sheet.

2. Count the number of correct answers in the Reading


section of the test. Use the Reading Score chart below
to find the adjusted score. Add this number to the
student’s Answer Sheet.
