Memorandum

MOTION TO LIFE WARRANT OF ARREST

COMES NOW, movant CAMILO B. PUSE, unto this Honorable Court,


most respectfully avers that:

1. The undersigned attended previous hearings of the instant for about


five (5) time to testify in compliance with the previous subpoena issued by
this Honorable Court. However, the undersigned failed to testify as there are
other priority witnesses presented by the prosecution.

2. That during the last hearing, the court personnel informed the
undersigned that a Subpoena will be sent again for the next scheduled
hearing. However, since then the undersigned did not receive a Subpoena
anymore until he found out that this Honorable Court issued a Warrant of
Arrest for my failure to attend a hearing where I need to testify.

3. That at present, I could not secure an NBI Clearance because of the


presence of the said Warrant of Arrest, which is very detrimental to my
person and professional engagement as a Civil Engineer and Contractor.

4. That I am willing since then to testify before this Honorable Court if


needed, and never did I ignore any Subpoena issued by this Honorable
Court.
PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed to


this Honorable Court that a Warrant of Arrest issued against me be lifted
and/or revoked.
Other reliefs as are just equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed.
