2 property as described herein was commenced on November 7, 2007, in the above-named court by
3 Cross-Complainants, KENNETH M. PETERS, JR.; and ALAN R. SPITALNICK, against Cross-
4 Defendants, THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA DISTRICT COUNCIL OF THE ASSEMBLIES OF
5 GOD, a California non-profit corporation; and ROES 1 through 50, inclusive. The action is now
