    The   address   for   Service   of   Summons,   Notices,   etc.,   on   the


    part of the Respondent / Expected appellant is as stated above.

    3. The   petitioner   /   caveator   has   filed   a   suit   for   bare

    injunction   in   O.S.No.9/2009   on   the   file   of   the   Hon’ble   Principal


    District Munsif, Madurai and the same was pleased to dismiss by
    its decree and judgment dated 03.08.2018.  Now the Respondent /
    Appellant   are   trying   to   file   an   Appeal   along   with   Emergent
    Application before this Hon’ble Court in order to get interim order
    as against the Petitioner/Caveator.   If he does so, the Petitioner /
    Caveator will be put to irreparable loss and hardship.

    4.  Hence let nothing be done without prior notice to the

    petitioner / caveator in the event of filing any appeal or Petition or
    Proceedings by the Respondent / Expected Applicant as against the
    Petitioner   /   Caveator   regarding   the   Petition   mentioned   Property
    before passing any Interim Orders.

    5. It is submitted that the Petitioner / Caveator has sent

    the copy of the Caveat to the Respondent through Registered Post.
    The Registered Postal Receipt is produced herewith.

    6. It is submitted that the Petitioner / Caveator has paid

    the   Court   fees   of   Rs.   10/­   under   Schedule   II,   Article   18   of   the
    Tamilnadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act.

    Therefore it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be
    pleased to lodge this Caveat, direct to issue prior notice to
    this Petitioner / Caveator in the event of filing of any appeal
    or   application   that   may   be   filed   regarding   the   Petition
    mentioned   Property   and   with   the   intention   of   getting   any
    interim emergent orders against the Petitioner/Caveator by
    the   Respondent   /   proposed   appellant   and   granting   such
    other and further reliefs which this Hon’ble Court may deem
    fit and proper under the circumstances of the case and thus
    render justice.
