10/9 - Freemans Ford Rd./Cemetery Rd. - 01:30 - During a traffic stop, Joseph Miller, 38, of Amissville, was arrested for
Reckless Driving, Driving Suspended 3rd Offense, and Failure to Appear out of Prince William County. Devontae Smith, 25,
of Manassas, was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia and Drunk in Public. Marissa Southerland, 25, of Bealeton, was
arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear from Prince William County.
