Laboratory tests showed microcytic anemia and pneumonia in the right lower lobe and retrocardiac area on chest x-ray. She was prescribed amoxicillin 125mg/5ml to take 3ml three times a day for 4 more days and instructed to follow-up at the pediatric outpatient clinic on October 8.
