    Greetings from Philippine Councilor’s League – La Union Chapter!

    It is with great pride and honor to inform you that since 2006, the Philippine
    Councilor’s League, in partnership with the Department of Interior and Local Government
    launched the LOCAL LEGISLATIVE AWARDS. This Award recognizes the exemplary
    performance of the Sanggunian, particularly of cities and municipalities, for legislating
    measures that help build the foundation of meaningful local administration and
    development.

    In lieu, knowing that the province promotes opportunity for the youth and for
    everyone to experience culture and also to promote a dynamic cultural heritage that is
    preserved, used and developed, may we cordially invite your Cultural Unit to grace the
    event as Cultural Performers on the day of the Local Legislative Awards, December 14,
    2018 at the Diego Silang Hall of the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.

    And also, if you could provide us the exact number of performers you will be
    sending and their honorarium rate for us to prepare and accommodate them
