Teaching notes
This activity can be used for individual or group work. Each student or group should be
given a set of cards and a worksheet. Alternatively, the cards can be enlarged and hung
around the room.
Each card in the set shows an angle problem. The answer to each problem is given as
the heading on another card. Students need to work out how the cards fit into a loop,
recording their answers on the worksheet.
Students can start on any card. The cards are labelled alphabetically for
discussion/answer purposes only; the letters do not indicate the order of answers.
Answers
As a quick check, opposite diagonals should add up to 100 (students could cheat if they
know this in advance).
