UK Delivery £3.95 + VAT is charged for UK mainland parcels. A surcharge is placed on certain
heavy items requiring delivery by a courier service.
Goods are normally sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, a tracked 24 service is also
available on request at an additional cost.
Next Day Special Guaranteed Delivery is also available for more urgent items. To
ensure next working day delivery please place your order before 3pm.
A Saturday guaranteed service is also available at an extra cost.
Larger parcels maybe sent by courier, if there is a price difference we will advise this
before we despatch.
Overseas Overseas delivery charges are based on location and weight, we advise that you order

Damaged Goods found to be damaged upon receipt from Scarboroughs Ltd must be reported
Goods within 2 days of delivery. Replacements will be sent and any extra postage charges

Returns Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to
