S Series – the ultimate square drive solution
Designed using state-of-the art CAD techniques to bring you the most advanced square drive torque wrench on the market.
During the design process prototype tools were put through finite element stress analysis, photo-elastic modeling, rigorous cyclic
testing and strain gauging.
Every major component experienced full load cyclic testing until a minimum of 10,000 cycles had been completed.

• Simple, robust design with minimal moving parts in the ratchet mechanism enables
easy on-site routine maintenance without specialist tools.
Design
• Compact, high strength uni-body construction for a small operating radius.
• Lightweight, ergonomic design for easy handling and easy fit, even in appli-
cations where access is limited.

• Fast operation due to the large nut rotation per wrench cycle and rapid return
stroke.
Versatility
• The wide range of accessories makes the S Series an extremely versatile tool and allows its use in even the most limited
clearance situations.
• Single 360° hydraulic swivel manifold, complete with quick connect couplings, increases wrench and hose manoeuvrability.
Reliability
• These wrenches are extremely tough and durable - they need to be to withstand our rigorous testing program, which we believe
to be the toughest used by any torque wrench manufacturer.
• All wrenches are nickel-plated providing excellent corrosion protection and improved durability in harsh offshore and marine
environments.
Accuracy
• Constant torque output provides high accuracy across the full stroke.
• Uni-body construction ensures accuracy by reducing internal torsion.
Accessories
• The full range of hex, BI-hex and castellated sockets, direct-drive Allen drives, direct drive sockets, peg drive sockets and Allen
head drivers is available.
• A range of reaction roller assemblies (single piece and split torque links) and extended reaction arms are also available on request.
