Sir/Madam,

A pleasant day to you. I hope your day went well.

I would like to convey my gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the SONMEZ Yapi company and to the rest of the
management (BIAMP) for the professional and personal development that you have provided to me for the past months
that I have worked here.

My experience here working with you is a great help and opportunity for me to develop my ability as a Safety officer and
as an individual. But as a person aiming for the goodness and progress of my community, I decided to enter and try
another pursuit which is Politics, in the sense that it would help me grow and become more self-driven. It is fulfilling for a
person to become a public servant that would lend a helping hand to those in need and giving everyone an opportunity in
their own pace.

Whatever the result will be, if not my luck I am still open for any opportunity and continuing my profession being a
Safety officer. Writing this letter also include my willingness to undergo training at NEBOSH Training centre in my
country to continuously develop and acquire more knowledge in giving safety tips and procedures.

I would like you to accept this letter as my notice of resignation effective on 15 th day of December as my last working
days here in your company.

I will always bring with me the qualities that your company SONMEZ Yapi has imparted on me and hope to be working
again with you in the future.

Once again, thank you so much for the opportunity you have given me. God bless and more power!
