I’m really playing with the rhythmic phrasing over this groove, and also really digging in and
hitting those changes hard. Dig the crazy open E cascade leading into the second chorus!
This is a typical major blues backing, so just do what you’d normally do with the blues licks
and chord tones, with the exception of G7 instead of the regular IV chord (A7). Also hit that
last weird turnaround at the end! This track is really typical of the way I hear things.
