    MOTION TO APPROVE COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

    PETITIONER, through the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court most
    respectfully avers that:

    In the Order of this Honorable Court dated 27 February 2018, it was stated that
    the Petitioner and the Oppositor had entered into a compromise agreement as regards
    the real and personal properties in their respective possession as well as to the
    distribution of said properties to all the children of George Co. Thus, this Honorable
    Court directed the parties to submit the said compromise agreement;

    Consequently, the Petitioner now submits the said Compromise Agreement. A


    copy of the Compromise Agreement is attached hereto and made an integral part hereof
    as Annex “A”;

    Accordingly, the parties agree that the approval of this agreement by this
    Honorable Court shall put an end to this litigation, except for purposes of execution in
    case of default.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed unto this


    Honorable Court that judgment be rendered approving the aforesaid Compromise
    Agreement.

    Other just and equitable relief and remedies are likewise prayed for.
