Ingredients:
1. Vitamin C: 100% Pure Medical grade Ascorbic Acid ( L-Ascorbic Acid ) = $25 per kg
Buy from www.daintreequalityherbs.com.au/vitamin-c-100-pure-ascorbic-acid-l-ascorbic-acid
3. Juice of 1 lemon
4. Distilled water – buy a 4L stainless steel medical water distiller with glass jar from ebay for

c) Or buy Noble’s Pureau Cask water from Coles or Moore’s Refresh from Woolworths (both
are distilled water, but this becomes very expensive compared to buying a distiller)
*** Drink from either a stainless steel or glass drink bottle. DO NOT use plastic.

This is the best way to get a pleasant Mega dose of Vitamin C into your system.
The “L” form of L-Ascorbic Acid is not common but is the only type we can use effectively.
Ascorbic acid has a half life of 2.5 hours. That means that there is only 50% of our intake left after
that time. Stress and chemical exposure such as filling up at the Petrol Station or cigarette smoke
exposure can wipe out 100% in that time. There are over 300 functions in the body that are
Vitamin C dependent.
Ascorbic acid is an electron donor so that means it increases the voltage in your cells.
If you want to learn more about the therapeutic uses of vitamin C, the following books are best:
How To Live Longer and Feel Better, by Linus Pauling, Ph.D., (Freeman, 1986)
The Healing Factor: Vitamin C Against Disease, by Irwin Stone (Putnam, 1972)
The Vitamin C Connection, by Emanuel Cheraskin, M.D. et al (Harper and Row, 1983)

Remember… all mammals except humans, guinea pigs, apes and fruit bats, make as much
vitamin C in their bodies as they need. If you adjust their respective weights to that of a 70 kg
Human, then all these other mammals are producing 9000 to 12000 mg per day, and if under
stress or poisoned or traumatized, automatically increase the production to around 16000mg per
day. They make L-ascorbic acid… So let’s copy nature...
** You need to find your bowel tolerance by finding a dose that does not create
loose bowels and maintain that consistently for 2 to 3 weeks then see if you can
increase the dose. Then you can increase up to 10,000mg per day, divided into 2
bottles of drink per day.
Start with:
* 800ml – 1000ml glass or stainless steel bottle of distilled water
* ½ teaspoon Bi Carb Soda, (this makes it fizz as it converts the acidic form into
Sodium Ascorbate)
* Add juice of 1 lemon (this adds very important mineral co-factors & bioflavanoids
& makes the mix even more alkaline forming as well as improving taste and
absorption).
