WHAT IS MY VISION? WHAT MOTIVATES ME?


MY WHY : is for my family and for myself to prove to myself that my comeback from injury is that I'm better than I have ever been before. MY
GOALS for 2019: Compete for a starting spot in 7's and 15's teams. Opportunities: Make Condors and make tournament team for a chance to play
at NZ school sevens. MY VISION : to be better rugby player and perform as a high performance athlete

Cleanout, Tackle and Post Tackle Practicing in warm ups, one on one tackles

Watching rugby games, Rugby passport to learn the
