    Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a


    Resolution dated March 18, 2019 which reads as follows:

    "A.C. No. 10710 [Formerly CBD Case No. 15-4730] - Jovy


    Capati Mendoza, complainant, vs. Atty. Bayani P. Dalangin Jr.,
    respondent.

    The Notice of Resolution dated June 29, 2018 in CBD Case No.
    15-4730 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the
    Philippines (IBP) is NOTED.

    Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the


    Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and
    Recommendation, as adopted by the IBP Board of Governors, are
    supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court
    ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and accordingly
    DISMISSES this complaint for lack of merit.

    There being no motion for reconsideration or petition for review


    filed with the Court per records of the Office of the Bar Confidant,
    this case is declared CLOSED and TERMINATED.
