Gesture Vocaliser (Not only a device but a hand towards dumb and deaf people)

Established a device for social purpose which eliminates problems during


communication between dumb or deaf and hearing people. Made a simple prototype
by taking some standard gestures (American standard of gesture for dumb and deaf
people) converting them to visual alphabet stream.
