    Re: NOTICE OF TERMINATION/STATUS OF EMPLOYMENT

    Dear Mr. Silagan,

    We refer to the Notices to Explain dated 18 July 2018, 22 August 2018 and 30 August 2018,
    which were sent by private courier on the same date.

    Notwithstanding receipt of the said notice, per official records of the private courier, you
    failed to provide any reply or coordinate with the company’s responsible officers to explain
    the status of your employment. You were even given enough extensions from the prescribed
    deadline to explain your side and/or report back to work.

    In view of the foregoing, coupled with your implied lack of intention to return to work,
    management is thus constrained to consider you as having abandoned and severed your
    employment with City Service Corporation.

    You are hereby notified of the termination of your employment effective immediately and
    demanded to settle your accountabilities with the company within twenty four (24) hours
    from receipt hereof.

    Please be advised accordingly.
